Cyber security alert: important update for teams with external-facing services.
Guidance on how to extend a contract, end a contract or change a contract from fixed term to permanent.
Before extending any contract you must have agreement from your budget holder.
Fixed-term contracts and secondments can be extended within My Oracle. You can find contract extension guidance on the My Oracle Guidance Hub.
Once submitted, your budget holder will receive an approval notification.
To avoid an incorrect salary payment, make sure the change is submitted and if necessary approved before the relevant payroll deadline.
