Shortlisting

You'll need to let the Resourcing team know about your shortlisting decisions and interview requests by completing the Shortlisting form (DOC, 235KB).

You should send this to the Resourcing team within 5 working days from receiving the CVs. You can either email this to the resourcing team (PDF, 125KB) or direct to your recruiter.

You'll be required to interview any candidates who apply for roles under the Redeployment (Priority Application) as a priority if they meet the post's minimum requirements.

See the Shortlisting guide (PDF, 156KB) to find out more about the shortlisting process.

Reasonable adjustments

Candidates who apply under the Job Interview scheme (PDF, 80.4KB) should be guaranteed an interview if they meet all minimum criteria of the role.

They or any other applicant can ask for reasonable adjustments at interview stage. You should make every effort to accommodate these adjustments.

See the Reasonable adjustments in recruitment guide (PDF, 57KB) to find out more.
