Create a recruitment requisition in My Recruitment

You will need to use My Recruitment to: 

• create a requisition to recruit to a vacancy
• detail the requirements of the role
• confirm any compliance and safeguarding checks your role requires 

If there is no vacant position in My Recruitment

You will need to have a vacant position number to raise a requisition. The only exception to this is if there is going to be a handover period of one month or less. In this case, the position overlap functionality should be used on the position in My Oracle.
