You will need to use My Recruitment to:
- create a requisition to recruit to a vacancy
- detail the requirements of the role
- confirm any compliance and safeguarding checks your role requires
If there is no vacant position in My Recruitment
You will need to have a vacant position number to raise a requisition. The only exception to this is if there is going to be a handover period of one month or less. In this case, the position overlap functionality should be used on the position in My Oracle. See the position overlap guidance to find out more.
