My Oracle - system updates
My Oracle will be unavailable between Friday 21 February at 7pm and Sunday 23 February at 7pm due to the system being updated.
You should complete a leaver form on the Assyst portal.
Use this form to arrange the return of your employee’s equipment and removal of their access to IT accounts, applications and confidential information.
You must complete a leaver form if the employee is leaving due to:
Any delay in making this request could result in a breach of the Data Protection Act 1998. This could put the council and service users at risk and may result in a security incident being raised against you.
If your employee has access to the council’s social media accounts and tools, you should arrange for this to be removed. This includes Hootsuite, Pulsar and Facebook Business Manager.
Login details should be given to a member of their team and their Communications and Marketing team lead.
