Contact Access to Work
If you need a reasonable adjustment, you can apply for Access to Work online or by phone.
Access to Work assessment
Access to Work will get in touch with you to let you know whether they think an assessment is appropriate.
Access to Work report
Following your assessment Access to Work will write a report which they will send to you and your manager.
Making adjustments following an Access to Work assessment
Your manager must start taking the actions recommended in the report without delay.
Deadline for claiming Access to Work funding
We must claim back the funding within nine months of the grant funding letter.
Reclaiming funds from Access to Work
The Wellbeing team will claim the grant funding when all the support is in place.
Access to Work assessment reviews
You can usually contact Access to Work to request an assessment review every three years.
Access to Work equipment when leaving the council
If you leave the council, you maybe able to take equipment with you depending on how it has been funded.
