My Oracle - salary changes
Salary changes should not be submitted in My Oracle until Friday 4 April. Any changes made before this time may be overridden due to updates to Essex Pay. Any issues with this can be raised on the Assyst portal.
The Wellbeing Team will claim grant funding when all the suggested recommendations and support is in place and invoices received.
The manager should email wellbeing@essex.gov.uk to confirm as soon as everything is in place.
Access to Work deal with individuals rather than organisations so if individuals receive correspondence about Access to Work funding claims please send this to wellbeing@essex.gov.uk.
Managers must email wellbeing@essex.gov.uk if an employee is on long term sick leave, maternity leave, or leaves Essex County Council, so that claims can be made within the time limits set out by Access to Work.
