Access to Work report

Following your assessment Access to Work will write a report which they will send to you and your manager.

After your workplace assessment, Access to Work will send you: 

  • a full report with recommended adjustments
  • a grant funding letter 
  • guidance on reclaiming funds
  • a claim form

They will also send a copy to your manager. The manager and employee should make sure this documentation is stored locally in a confidential area. 

Your manager must email wellbeing@essex.gov.uk​, using the subject title 'NEW: Access to Work Grant Funding Letter' and attach a copy of the grant funding letter and claim form.
