After your workplace assessment, Access to Work will send you:
- a full report with recommended adjustments
- a grant funding letter
- guidance on reclaiming funds
- a claim form
They will also send a copy to your manager. The manager and employee should make sure this documentation is stored locally in a confidential area.
Your manager must email wellbeing@essex.gov.uk, using the subject title 'NEW: Access to Work Grant Funding Letter' and attach a copy of the grant funding letter and claim form.
