- Essex County Council's performance development process can help you and the employee to set clear objectives and agreed outputs
- the My Performance section on the My Learning portal allows you record and regularly update objectives and development plans
- use the employee's My Performance record to keep a record of any agreed workstyle personalisation for future reference
Workstyle personalisation arrangements may need to change over time to meet the needs of the employee and the service. You can use regular 1-2-1 check-ins to assess the success of the current personalisation arrangements and adapt them where necessary.
