Review performance and personalisation arrangements

Here are some tools and resources you can use to manage your employees' performance and workstyle personalisation arrangements:

  • Essex County Council's performance development process can help you and the employee to set clear objectives and agreed outputs
  • the My Performance section on the My Learning portal allows you record and regularly update objectives and development plans
  • use the employee's My Performance record to keep a record of any agreed workstyle personalisation for future reference​

Workstyle personalisation arrangements may need to change over time to meet the needs of the employee and the service. You can use regular 1-2-1 check-ins to assess the success of the current personalisation arrangements and adapt them where necessary.
