How we work

Each employee has a role at the council, and each role has been designated a workstyle. There are four workstyles, and your workstyle will be determined by your role.

Guidance on flexible working including the formal right to request flexible working and guidance on childcare and other caring responsibilities.

Includes guidance for managers and employees on hybrid working.

Includes guidance on sharing flexible workspaces, arranging informally to work from home, ordering furniture and equipment and working temporarily from outside the UK.
