Work styles

Each employee has a role at the council, and each role has been designated a workstyle. There are four workstyles, and your workstyle will be determined by your role.

Anywhere worker

An anywhere worker works from home or remotely most of the time.

Fixed-based worker

A fixed-base worker works from specific locations. This could be because they use specialist equipment or because they work with the public from a fixed location.

Workstyle personalisation

Depending on your personal circumstances, you might find you work better with some flexibility to your working hours or location.
