New travel booking system
On 20 January, our travel booking system will be updated. Existing bookings will remain valid but won't be viewable in the new system. Please note any current bookings before the update.
Editing, cancelling or reassigning a requisition to someone else.
There are several ways to manage your requisition in My Oracle.
You must be the requestor, which means the person who submitted the requisition, to make changes.
You can search for your requisitions, including incomplete ones, on the ‘manage requisitions’ page on My Oracle.

Requisitions that are waiting for budget holder approval in My Oracle can be withdrawn if required. You can then edit and resubmit it for approval or cancel it if it's no longer needed.

You can only edit an approved requisition to increase the value or quantity if the proposed amendment is not below the value of a receipt or invoice that has already been received.
Any changes to the requisition will be automatically sent by My Oracle for re-approval to the appropriate approver on the scheme of delegation.

Before cancelling a requisition in My Oracle you must first contact your supplier to make sure they can accept the order cancellation.
You must confirm with your supplier before cancelling because the goods or service may have already been dispatched.
My Oracle will only allow a requisition to be cancelled if it is has not yet been receipted.

Requisitions can be reassigned, or transferred, to another employee.

It is important to do this so that suppliers are paid on time.
Any notifications about the requisition will also be received by the new owner.
You will need to know the requisition number and name of the requestor you are transferring to.
