- support employees experiencing domestic abuse around their health, safety and wellbeing at work
- help employees remain productive and efficient at work despite experiencing domestic abuse
- support employees to seek help to address their own harmful behaviours
- support the colleagues of employees who are experiencing domestic abuse
We will strive to create a working environment where abuse against people is unacceptable and not condoned. All employees have the right to a life free from abuse.
