JCAD core system downtime
The JCAD core risk management system will be unavailable between 5pm on Friday 22 November and midnight on Thursday 28 November whilst a system upgrade takes place.
Who the final internal audit report is circulated to, and action owners' responsibilities.
Once the audit sponsor has approved the report, and each action has an owner and an implementation date, it will be finalised and circulated.
There is a distribution list on each report and all of those listed will receive a copy. This includes the director of your service, external audit and the relevant cabinet member. In cases of 'Limited' or 'No' assurance opinions, the chief executive will also receive a copy.
A link to a customer satisfaction survey will be distributed with the report.
Action owners should regularly update their agreed actions in our action tracking system. You'll need to upload supporting documentation each time you mark an action as implemented.
If you do not update the status of your action(s) regularly, you may receive an invitation from the Audit, Governance and Standards Committee asking you to explain why.
