Salary changes should not be submitted in My Oracle until Friday 4 April. Any changes made before this time may be overridden due to updates to Essex Pay. Any issues with this can be raised on the Assyst portal.

Mandated contracts are pre-approved suppliers that all employees should use to buy items and services that are frequently needed. When you need to buy something, check whether your need can be met using an existing contract.
If you need to travel more than 120 miles in a single day, and the location is not accessible by public transport, you may be able to book a short-term hire car.
