The Essex and Mitie property and facilities partnership provide facilities, property and utility management services.

Mitie services

Mitie provides Essex County Council with facilities management, property management and utility management services (gas, water, electric) as part of an integrated facilities management agreement. The contract is managed by Essex Property and Facilities.

Mitie services include:

building maintenance
facilities services such as office cleaning and window cleaning, water coolers, vending machines, energy (excluding street lighting), cabinet towels and laundry
furniture for office use
office rentals and property valuations
sanitary, medical, clinical and sharps disposal units
printer toners and cartridges
catering for County Hall
