The JCAD core risk management system will be unavailable between 5pm on Friday 22 November and midnight on Thursday 28 November whilst a system upgrade takes place.

If you need to order a laptop or PC or arrange access to a shared mailbox or drive for a new starter or an employee who has recently moved into your team, you should raise a request on the Assyst portal.
If you need to order specialist equipment, software or training due as part of a reasonable adjustment or because it was recommended by an Access to Work assessment, raise an accessible IT request on the Assyst portal.
