If you have witnessed a colleague being bullied, harassed or victimised and you feel comfortable to do so, you can:
- speak to the person to who the negative behaviour is directed towards
- ask them what support they need
- support the person if they want to report the incident or, if they prefer, you can report it on their behalf
You do not need your colleague's approval to report the incident if you believe there is a risk that the negative behaviour may be repeated.
We will take steps to make sure that you do not suffer negative treatment if you speak up about a concern or provide support.
