Workplace chaplain
Our workplace chaplain is Revd Canon Ivor Moody who is Vice Dean and Canon Pastor of Chelmsford Cathedral where he has held the post since 2010.
His main responsibility at the cathedral is as parish priest to the congregations. He is also Chair of a community voluntary organisation called Essex Mind and Spirit which helps with mental health issues. He also holds the post of Chair of the Mid Essex Inter faith Forum.
You may find it help to talk to Ivor if you are:
- working through relationship issues
- dealing with bereavement and loss
- tackling potential redundancy;
- addressing bullying
- coping with crises at home
If you work outside County Hall, a visit can be arranged on request.
