Who this is for

Able Futures is for employees, their partners and family members, whose circumstances or mental health may affect their work performance or wellbeing. You may be experiencing anxiety, depression or stress, or worries about debt, disrupted sleep, relationship problems or other challenges.  

What the service offers

Able Futures is a non-emergency mental health support service funded by the Department for Work and Pensions. It offers up to 9 months of support, depending on your situation.

A mental health professional will speak with you about anything on your mind. The support will focus on understanding how your mental health affects you at work, and building new coping strategies, behaviours and resilience.

When the service is available

The service is available by telephone from 8am to 10.30pm, Monday to Friday. There is no waiting list.
