Able Futures is for employees, their partners and family members, whose circumstances or mental health may affect their work performance or wellbeing. You may be experiencing anxiety, depression or stress, or worries about debt, disrupted sleep, relationship problems or other challenges.
Able Futures is a non-emergency mental health support service funded by the Department for Work and Pensions. It offers up to 9 months of support, depending on your situation.
A mental health professional will speak with you about anything on your mind. The support will focus on understanding how your mental health affects you at work, and building new coping strategies, behaviours and resilience.
There is more information on the Able Futures website.
The service is available by telephone from 8am to 10.30pm, Monday to Friday. There is no waiting list.
You can get support over the phone, video calls and by email.
