We use standard forms for submitting certain types of insurance claims.

You will need to use an insurance claim form to submit claims for:

• property damage
• motor vehicle accident, fire and thefts

We also provide a policy schedule and emergency assistance card for making a claim for personal accidents and business travel.

Motor fleet claims

The council’s insurance team provide information for fleet drivers and their managers when a fleet vehicle has been involved in an accident.
