After checking for stress, you might find ways to make things easier at work.
If you feel stress is affecting your emotional or physical health it’s important to see your GP.
Support you can get at work
Support that you can get at work could include:
- temporary workplace adjustments to help you while things are difficult
- confidential, professional counselling available through our employee assistance programme
- resilience training which can help you learn to manage stress
- if problems with stress continues, managers could suggest making a referral to occupational health
- the Digital Wellbeing Hub offers articles, videos and podcasts to help you to manage personal and work-related issues
