Employer Travel Club (ETC) is a scheme which allows you to buy your bus tickets at the annual rate. This is the cheapest way of buying a ticket, but you can pay for the ticket on a monthly basis. 

It is a 1-month rolling contract that you can cancel at any time by cancelling your direct debit and emailing Arriva at talktous@arriva.co.uk.

The benefits of joining include:

• a saving of up to 20% annually, compared to buying 4 weekly tickets over the year
• an online ticket purchase
• a monthly direct debit payment that can be stopped when you wish
• unlimited travel within your ticket zone for work and leisure
• paperless tickets via their M-Ticket app or, a paper ticket if preferred
• being able to take up to 2 children with you free on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays (excludes M-Tickets)

Mobile annual tickets are sent out within 3 working days. It takes 10 working days to set up a direct debit, so allow plenty of time to make sure you get the start date you need.
