Internal interviews or interviews with partnership organisations
You should try to book your interview outside your normal working hours or using flexible working where you can.
If this is not possible, your manager may give you reasonable paid time off to attend the interview.
If you’re under notice of redundancy or medical redeployment
With the agreement of your manager, you can take reasonable time off to register with employment agencies and attend job interviews.
All other job interviews
For all other types of interviews, you will need to use annual leave or flexible working.
