New travel booking system
On 20 January, our travel booking system will be updated. Existing bookings will remain valid but won't be viewable in the new system. Please note any current bookings before the update.
How to change annual leave that has been booked on My Oracle.
You or your manager can cancel or change your annual leave at any time in My Oracle, even after the leave has been taken.
To do this, visit My Oracle and use the amend or delete options.
If your annual leave request hasn’t been approved yet, you will need to ask your manager to reject the annual leave request in My Oracle.
If you fall ill or get injured during your annual leave, you may be able to swap your annual leave for the days you were ill and record the absence as sick leave instead.
