Changes to an employee's annual salary can be made in My Oracle.
Please note that you can only change a salary grade for an employee if the salary range for that role spans more that one grade, such as Band one to three.

When someone moves teams the releasing line manager should assess the risk of the change and request the removal of access to anything not required as part of the new role. This will include, but is not limited to, access to applications, systems, shared drives, elevated permissions in My Oracle, mailboxes, mobile phone tariffs and social media access.
