Using the Assyst portal

Raise issues, make a service request, get IT support, and get in touch with internal teams including People Support (HR) and Payroll.

How to access the portal if you work for Essex High​ways

​Use the step-by-step instructions to open our user guidance (DOCX, 224KB). 

  1. Open​ the Assyst portal in Chrome.
  2. Ri​ght click on 'user guidance'.
  3. Choose 'save as' from the menu.
  4. Choose the folder location on your computer to save the file.
  5. Open the user guidance and follow the in​structions to access the portal.

Having problems?

If you are having issues using the Assyst portal, contact your Superuser. 

If you cannot log in or your details are incorrect, contact the Technology Services service desk on 03330 135 588.
