Childcare Voucher scheme

In line with the government rules, the Childcare Voucher scheme (CCV) is closed for new applicants, but is still available for any employee who registered for the scheme before April 2018.

Employees enrolled in the scheme manage it using their existing online account set up through MyRewards.

If an employee leaves the scheme or leaves Essex County Council, they will not able to re-join the scheme and should check out the government’s alternative Childcare Choices schemes.
