Change Network

The Change Network enables you to learn and develop your understanding and skills of change and culture theories. This will help you to feel equipped and empowered to apply them in real-life situations and in areas of strategic importance for Essex County Council.

Our Change Network allows you to:

• ​access the learning programme to support your development in becoming an effective Change Champion 
• connect to organisation-wide change initiatives so that you can share your insights, but also become equipped to deal with all types of change 
• represent the change and desired behaviours so that we can create a culture shift across the council

What is a Change Champion?

Change Champions are a community of employees who are skilled in facilitating change, feel empowered to facilitate change and can make the difference within the council.
