We are currently finalising plans for a new and improved Change Practice offer for Essex County Council.
Our new offer will include:
- a new Change Management Office
- an active and participative Change Community of Practice,
- our Change Hub
Change Management Office
Designed to enable our Whole Council Transformation ambitions, the CMO will provide structured support and guidance for leading and managing the people side of change. This will ensure our approaches are consistent and effective, with employees at the heart of transformation and change.
Change Community of Practice
A collaborative space where change practitioners and members can share knowledge, best practices, and resources. This will help us to foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
Change Hub
Our on-demand learning and development platform is designed to support employees to lead and navigate change effectively. It aims to build change capability across the organisation by providing knowledge, skills, and tools necessary for leading and managing change.
