How to get help with your IT problems and questions

There are two ways to get in touch with Technology Services.

Assyst portal

You should use the Assyst portal to:

  • get IT self-help guides to solve common problems yourself
  • report an issue
  • raise a request for information or access to an IT or software service

If you need help using the system, you can follow the advice on using the Assyst portal.

Service Desk

If you cannot use the Assyst portal, you can call the Technology Services service desk on 03330 135 588.
