To report a building related issue, incident or to ask a question, contact Mitie.

You can contact the Mitie helpdesk to report issues such as:

  • broken furniture
  • broken blinds
  • washrooms issues
  • a power failure or electrical issues

Escalate an issue

While the Mitie team are working to improve the services to Essex County Council, there are unfortunately occasions when we do not meet your expectations.

If you wish to escalate any issues, raise the issue with the ECC helpdesk or helpdesk manager supervisor.

You'll be kept informed of any actions and the timescales for the issue to be resolved.
