Booking a meeting room or venue

You can book a meeting room at one of our main offices by using the My Room Bookings site. This works best using the Microsoft Edge browser.

My Room Bookings user guides are available on the My365 site.

Refreshments

Refreshments are not normally provided for meetings.

If you do need them, they need to be ordered through Just Brew. Take a look at the menu options and price list (PDF, 281 KB), complete the booking form (XLS, 15.1 KB).
