Equality Coordinators Network

A forum for employees to have open conversations, take part in positive activities and share excellent equality, diversity and inclusion practices.

The Equality Coordinators Network operates as a forum for employees with an interest in supporting the council's equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) agenda. 

Members help make sure that, as a public body, Essex County Council meets its requirements under the Public Sector Equality Duty, which you can read about on GOV.UK. 

The network is also a place to share and learn from excellent EDI practice across the organisation.
