Inter Faith Forum 

The forum is a community led by employees, providing a supportive space to come together.

Our workforce is made up of people of many different faiths and none. It is important that we understand the importance of faith for some, and the differences and similarities in beliefs. This helps colleagues to be themselves at work, build on our shared values and help the council develop its culture of inclusion. 

To support our faith conversations, all employees are welcome to join the Inter Faith Forum, an employee-led community for learning, sharing and connecting. 

Membership 

As a member of the Inter Faith Forum, you will be able to: 

  • meet and share experiences with colleagues across the organisation 
  • engage with senior leaders 
  • connect with colleagues in partner organisations, particularly during Inter Faith Week 
  • talk openly and honestly 
  • help the council develop its support to those with a faith and none
