Temporary pause on new or replacement ID cards
From Friday 22 August to Friday 5 September, you will not be able to request new or replacement photo ID cards due to essential system work. If you need a card urgently, submit your request by Monday 18 August to make sure it’s processed before the pause starts. Visit security ID cards for information on using temporary cards or to contact the security team.
