Request a financial reference
If you need to provide a financial reference for a mortgage or tenancy, send your request to People Support using the Assyst portal.
If the reference requestor needs to contact Essex County Council directly, they can email people.support@essex.gov.uk.
When the request is received, People Support will contact you to confirm that you're happy for them to share that information. Once you've given your permission, they will issue the reference to the organisation it came from.
