My Learning

My Learning is our learning platform where you can access new development opportunities and resources, strengthen your skills and share your learning, knowledge and skills with your colleagues across the whole organisation.

For people new to My Learning

If you are new to My Learning, watch our Stream video for the basic first steps for you to start enjoying the benefits of this learning platform.

From the My Learning homepage you can access your profile to upload your picture and update information about your skills and experience.

It will take a couple of days to process your details and give you access to the system. If you still cannot get access after 5 days, raise a ticket through the Assyst portal.

How you can use My Learning:

The My Learning platform lets you:

• complete online courses, watch videos, review activities or read articles
• see content that has been assigned to you, recommended for your role or for your topics of interest
• see popular resources among your peers
• search for any learning, by topic or type of learning, by using the search bar. Click on ‘Your topics’ to select the ones that are relevant for you – this will teach the platform to show relevant content just for you
• book face-to-face sessions – all face-to-face or virtual sessions are hosted on an events calendar, which can also filter by day, week or topic
• share learning resources (hosted in the platform or hosted externally, like videos or articles) with your peers by creating a playlist – and follow playlists created by your colleagues around your topics of interest
• see all the internally provided learning you have completed during the year, as well as adding any learning you have completed externally, through your learning record
• as a manager, see the training records of all your direct and indirect team members, assign training to them or recommend learning resources for them to review

My Learning also incorporates other learning hubs including: My Performance Hub, High Performing Teams Hub, LearnFest area, My Oracle Guidance and Continuous Improvement Hub.

How to complete a module on My Learning

Each of the modules have interactions. If all the interactions are not completed the module will not show as complete. To see what you've missed, select the progress bar at the top and a menu will appear showing which areas are left to complete. If you are still having issues, try using a different web browser as the modules often work better when using Chrome.

If you have a problem accessing My Learning

If you need any support or have any difficulties accessing My Learning please, please raise a ticket through the Assyst portal.

If you previously had access and are now getting an authentication error, you may need to delete your browsing history.
