My Oracle system access

How to get access to My Oracle if you are a council employee or work in partnership with the council, or need enhanced access.

All employees are given access to My Oracle so you can do tasks, such as booking leave, recording  or raising requisitions to buy goods and services.

If you have problems accessing My Oracle, request access using the Request Access to My Oracle form.

There are different levels of access.

You can use the single sign on process if you:

  • are a council employee or work in partnership with the council (for example, Ringway Jacobs)
  • are in a Human Resources (HR) position on My Oracle
  • have an active directory account
  • use a council device

For more information about single sign on and support, go to the My Oracle hub:

  1. Visit My Oracle
  2. On the My Oracle log-in page, click 'Company Single Sign-On'
  3. On the My Oracle dashboard, click 'My Oracle Hub'

You can access My Oracle using the link provided by Tech Services if you:

  • are a council employee or work in partnership with the council
  • are in a HR position on My Oracle
  • do not use a council device

You can log in using the email address (personal or corporate) associated with your My Oracle account if you:

  • have people or line management responsibilities and need to, for example, approve training requests

Enhanced access

Some employees, such as payroll, will need enhanced access to the system. You can get enhanced access by completing the new user amendment form on the Assyst portal.

We’ll only grant enhanced access if you need it for your role.
