New travel booking system
On 20 January, our travel booking system will be updated. Existing bookings will remain valid but won't be viewable in the new system. Please note any current bookings before the update.

Before you access Capita 360 you should first complete the learning course on Protecting Payment Card Information. This can be found on My Learning.
​To gain access to Capita 360, amend an existing user, or add or amend a workstation, you should make a request using the Assyst portal.
If you are a new user, you must include evidence that you have successfully completed the Protecting Payment Card Information​ course.
Once you have raised a request, it will automatically be sent to your line manager for authorisation.
