How to send post through and access Dataforge to prepare and send mail.
To send post at Essex County Council, you'll need to use Hybrid Mail.
Hybrid mail allows you to schedule post to be sent when you need it and saves time as it prints and prepares your mail so you don’t have to. Offering cheaper postage rates, up to half the price of standard postal methods, it is the recommended postage method for employees.
By providing a template of your letter and recipient data, Dataforge software will print, prepare, frank and provide it to Royal Mail to distribute.
Hybrid mail offers first or second class postage, we are unable to send recorded or signed for post using Dataforge. As the software is automated it cannot apply the required labels by Royal Mail for recorded or signed for delivery.
