Continuous Improvement and Lean Six Sigma Bitesize session

Our 1-hour bitesize session will give you an initial introduction to the high level principles of Continuous Improvement and Lean Six Sigma, and an introduction to some of the tools and techniques.

1 day course: Continuous Improvement and Lean Six Sigma (White Belt Introduction training) 

This 1-day online training course covers an introduction into the continuous improvement methodology Lean Six Sigma.

2 day course: Continuous Improvement and Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt Accreditation)

This 2-day training course is for employees looking to become a Yellow Belt in Lean Six Sigma. This methodology enables you to review your processes and solve business problems.
