JCAD core system downtime
The JCAD core risk management system will be unavailable between 5pm on Friday 22 November and midnight on Thursday 28 November whilst a system upgrade takes place.
The Business Support team provide administrative support to help you and your team deliver services more easily and efficiently.
You can request administration support by contacting the Business Support team on the Assyst portal. You can also email your request to your service's dedicated email address, if your service has one.
Support includes:
We consider all requests for administration support. When we can help, we allocate your request to a member of our Business Centre team (PDF,136KB). We work with you to agree the requirements and timescales of the request.
We offer a range of support options that can be customised to fit your particular needs.
We can provide time-limited administration support to help you deliver on your project outcomes. We would typically support projects that run for 6 to 18 months.
We can provide permanent ongoing administration support. This might be suitable for you if your team spends a lot of time on administration tasks that get in the way of achieving outcomes for residents.
Pilot support is short-term help with administrative tasks, usually lasting for less than 6 months. Pilot support can help you test effectiveness before committing to a longer-term support arrangement.
