JCAD core system downtime
The JCAD core risk management system will be unavailable between 5pm on Friday 22 November and midnight on Thursday 28 November whilst a system upgrade takes place.
Visit the MyReward hub to check if you're paying for any benefits before you leave, as you will lose access to your account after you leave.
When you leave, you will need to cancel your childcare vouchers by contacting Reward Gateway on 0207 985 9960.
Childcare vouchers are non-refundable but can be used for 15 months after the issue date, regardless of your employment status. If there is a life changing event, a compensatory payment may be made, subject to tax and National Insurance through payroll.
If you leave before repaying the whole of your loan, you will need to pay back any outstanding loan payments. This will be deducted from your final pay or you will be sent an invoice which will be payable immediately.
Once additional holiday has been purchased, it is treated in the same way as normal holiday. When you leave, your holiday will be calculated pro-rata based on your leaving date.
You should claim any mileage and expenses on My Oracle before you leave. Make sure you read the travel and expenses policy before submitting your claims.
If you are not directly employed by us, you can claim for mileage and expenses using the Electronic Payment Request tool.
If you are repaying a Salary Finance loan and are leaving us, these payments will continue by Direct Debit using the bank details you gave during the application process.
If you need to change any of the details to make these payments, you will need to contact Salary Finance Limited directly.
You should calculate how much leave you are entitled to from April until your leave date.
You can do this by checking My Oracle after your manager has completed the leaver process on My Oracle.
If you have taken more annual leave than you are due, the excess will be deducted from your final salary payment. Your manager will need to add this onto the Assyst portal after completing the leaver process on My Oracle.
If you have leave remaining, this should be taken before your final day. If this is not possible, your manager will need to add this onto the Assyst portal after completing the leaver process on My Oracle and you will receive payment for this in your final pay.
If you have a funded learning agreement for a training course, you'll need to check the details of this.
You may need to repay some money if you leave before completing the course or within the following 12 months. Full details are set out in your learning agreement, but this will be specific to your service and functional area.
If you had a relocation agreement when joining us, and you have been here for less than 3 years, then you may need to repay some of this.
